Edible Herbs
Please note that because we are a wholesale plant nursery, we do in house propagation of edible plants on a rotational basis. We cannot confirm that all herb plants listed will be available at the same time. However, we can assure you that once they are available, we will put them for sale at our garden centre.
In general use, herbs are plants with savory or aromatic properties that are used for flavoring and garnishing food, for medicinal purposes, or for fragrances.
Culinary use typically distinguishes herbs from spices. Herbs generally refers to the leafy green or flowering parts of a plant (either fresh or dried), while spices are usually dried and produced from other parts of the plant, including seeds, bark, roots and fruits.
